I have downloaded from American Express, initially I was able to download the last few transactions but they gave me the option of downloading since April and now i cannot get it to sync. I did change it to a QBO file successfully saw that somewhere else but it sitll is not seeing fhe financial info. But I dont see where it says, not enabled, do i have to upgrade to ?
I still get the error message that I got when I had not upgraded to Quickbooks Very helpful. My QBO file went to other bank account and I could solve my problem. Level 2. This did the trick! However, with Capital One, I am only able to download 90 days of transactions at a time so I need to download and import multiple files to get caught up. I was just successfully able to download the first file but am unable to download the subsequent files even though I changed the account number.
Any suggestions? So weird. I know this is an old thread but i'm just starting with QB and am having the same problem. I'm on a Mac. Any thoughts on what to do in this case?
Thank you. Also on a mac and using QB Did you ever get an answer on what to do in this case? Looked at clanreed's link, and that appears to be solutions which used to work for versions of quickbooks earlier than mine.
I have previously tried some of these, like the one matt listed above, but my account numbers already matched, and anytime I attempted to use a "not enabled" trick, once I re-enabled direct connect it wiped out everything I had done and simply started over downloading the available direct connect transactions with the 90 day limit of my bank, which meant everything I had downloaded before that was gone, setting me back even further.
